- Fresh Horses ships using the United Postal Service. We do this for two reason, because there is Saturday delivery and because it is less expensive for you. You can track your package if you signed up for an account while checking out. Just click on the "My Account" and click on your order number. If you have any problems tracking your package or getting a delivery please call us so we can help.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We have serveral layers of protection to make sure your senitive data remains safe. Some of the ways we do this is with a High-Grade Encryption (AES 256bit) any where you enter your data. We also don't store your credit card information on our servers.
- Returns & Replacements
- Fresh Horses wants to make sure you are happy with your puchases with us. If for any reason you need to return your product you can do so within 30 days. Just give a call and get a return authorization. Shipping fees are non-returnable and you will be responsible for return shipping cost.
- Ordering
- We try our best to make ordering as simple as possible. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery & American Express. We also have Pay Pal for a way to check out. If you need help ordering please call us or use the LiveChat option that is at the bottom of every page.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is charge when the item is shipped. Fresh Horses reserves the right to stop promotions without notice. Promotions can not be combined with any other offer.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your order only if you signed up for an account while checking out. Click on the "My Account" link on the top of any page and then you will see a list of resent orders.
- Updating Account Information
- Log in to "My Accout" and click the "Update Account Information" link on the right hand side. If you need help or already have placed an order with old Account Information please give us a call and we will help you update your account.
